Virtual Easter Egg Collection launched to raise money for a chocolate delivery at 4 hospitals around the UK.

Our Virtual Easter Egg Collection has officially begun, this month we are asking our followers to donate the cost of a chocolate easter egg at www.justgiving.com/campaign/EasterEggs

The money raised will be split between 4 hospitals nominated by our Committee and Rugby Against Cancer Champions – who know exactly what it is like to experience a hospital treatment for cancer. They will also be delivering the chocolate goodies to the patients and staff.

1. Bristols BRI Area 61 – Teenage & Young Peoples Ward

Joe Batley – “I would like to do it to Bristol’s BRI area 61 – Teenage and Young people’s ward that I did my treatment at they were beyond amazing with my family and me throughout my treatment”

2. Morriston Hospital, Swansea

Robyn Lock – “I’d be happy to donate to Morriston Hospital in Swansea”

3. Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital

Clara Nielson – “I love this idea and am 100% in! My dad was treated in Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital and all the staff there were amazing”

4. Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth

We are aiming to raise money to deliver 50-100 eggs to each of our nominated wards to raise some smiles this Easter – our target is £600+. We would love it if you could spare £5 towards the cost of five eggs.

To donate head to justgiving.com/campaign/EasterEggs the fundraiser will close on the 28th March to allow us time to arrange delivery in time for Easter!

Happy Easter!
